'The Survive and Thrive Program is designed to develop and enhance student’s self-confidence, self-respect, as well as, social functioning skills such as boundary awareness, self-awareness and social awareness.
This program is based on the principles of Rock and Water and contains mindfulness based meditation practices from the Smiling Mind app. '
